About PID Uganda
Partnership for Integrated Development Uganda (PID) was established in 2010 as a community-driven initiative in Kitintale, Kampala. Formally registered under NGO Registration No. INDR177427311NB, PID works hand-in-hand with local leaders, schools, and families across Uganda.
Our holistic framework integrates sports for development, primary healthcare access, environmental protection, and economic empowerment to break generational poverty cycles across Uganda.
Our Strategic Pillars
- Sports for Social Cohesion & Youth Wellbeing: Safe sports spaces, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle coaching.
- Grassroots Health & Preventative Care: Health camps, maternal-child health awareness, and hygiene sensitization.
- Sustainable Livelihoods & Skills: Vocational training, micro-enterprise support, and women’s economic inclusion.
- Climate Resilience & Green Spaces: Community tree-planting, clean neighborhood campaigns, and environmental education.
